How it works

From sign-up to home screen,in a few minutes

There is nothing to download from an app store. The PetGrid app opens in your phone's browser, and you can keep it on your home screen like any other app.

  1. Sign up free

Create your account with your email. It is free, with no card, and no clinic or invite needed. If your clinic uses PetGrid and sent you an invite by email or text, you can open that link instead.

  2. Add your pets and find your vet

Add your pets, their vaccines and the records you have. Then find your vet on the map. If it is on PetGrid, join it to book and message. If not, everything else still works.

  3. Put it on your home screen

Add the app to your home screen so it opens with one tap, full screen, like any other app.

  4. Turn on notifications

Allow notifications to hear about the reminders you set, and, when your clinic is on PetGrid, visits, messages and hospital updates. Prefer email? Reminders can come by email too.
