You decide who sees what. Your clinic stays in charge of your pet's care. Here is how that works.
You control sharing
Family and sitters see only what you give them. A share link for a kennel or groomer has an end date, you can turn it off at any time, and you can see each time it was opened.
Your clinic keeps the medical record
Your clinic keeps your pet's medical record, as it always has. The app shows you what your clinic shares, and lab results appear only after your vet has looked at them.
AI is your choice
Some PetGrid features use AI, for example to help write a plain summary of a visit, which a vet checks first. You can turn AI off for any of your pets in your account, at any time.
The app never diagnoses
Nothing in the app gives a diagnosis. When something seems wrong, it points you to your clinic, or to urgent care.
Your data, your call
The privacy centre keeps every consent in one place. You can download a copy of your data or close your account whenever you like.
Your vet stays in charge
You can tell your clinic about allergies and keep your own notes, but your vet decides what goes into the medical record.
