The app for your clients
Everything about their pet,in one app from your clinic
A pet wellness app under your clinic's name, for the clinics that care most about their clients' experience. Your clients book, pay, chat with your team, keep every record and get a reminder before care is due. It goes on their home screen like any other app, sends phone notifications, and works in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
Pet owner? The PetGrid app is free, and works with any vet, even one not on PetGrid. Get the free app
For your front desk
Fewer phone calls, and fewer gaps in the day
When owners can do the simple things themselves, your team gets time back for the people in the waiting room.
Fewer phone calls
Owners book, move and cancel visits themselves, inside the rules you set, and find answers without ringing the desk.
Fewer empty slots
Reminders confirm in one tap, and the waitlist offers a freed slot to the next owner who wants it.
Paid sooner
Deposits, online payment and auto-pay for repeat medication mean less chasing of invoices.
Fewer record requests
Vaccination records, record copies and travel papers are in the app, so fewer requests land on your desk.
Your name on it
Each clinic's app carries its own name and colours. Owners see your clinic, not ours.
Your rules
Features like deposits or pay later appear only when your clinic turns them on.

Off until your clinic switches it on
A symptom helper
When the clinic switches it on in Settings, Pip helps an owner decide how soon to call when something seems wrong. Words that sound urgent bring up an emergency card first, and answers come only from cited sources. It never gives a diagnosis. That stays with the vet.
Coming soon
Adoption and Happy tails
Soon your clinic can list pets that need a home, and share Happy tails when they're adopted. Pet owners will see both in the PetGrid app.
Built with care
Owners stay in control, and the vet stays in charge
Sharing they control
Share links have an end date, can be turned off at any time, and every view is logged.
Results through the vet
Lab results appear only after the vet has looked at them and shared them.
No diagnosis by app
Nothing in the app gives a diagnosis. When in doubt, it sends the owner to their clinic.
Questions clinics and owners ask
Do owners need an app store?
No. It opens in the phone's browser, and owners can add it to their home screen, where it works like any other app, notifications included.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. Each owner picks their own language.
Does the clinic decide what owners can do?
Yes. Owners can only book the visit types, times and vets your clinic allows, and features such as deposits or pay later appear only when your clinic turns them on.
Does the app diagnose anything?
No. Lab results arrive only after the vet shares them, the symptom diary is the owner's own notes, and the symptom helper, off until the clinic switches it on, points owners to their clinic rather than naming a condition.
Who can see a pet's record?
The owner, and the family members or sitters they invite. A kennel or groomer sees only what a share link shows, for as long as the owner allows. In an emergency, the owner can give any vet a one-day code.
Give your clients an app they will open
Clinics that care most about their clients' experience show it here, in the app. Book a demo and the PetGrid team will walk you through the owner app as your clients would see it.
