How billing works
A practice fee, plus a seat per vet
$259 a month for the practice, then $90 a month for each veterinarian. Add a vet and the bill follows; nobody has to renegotiate a contract.
14 days free
Every practice starts with 14 days free, with no card required. Subscribe any time before its last two days and you keep the days that are left. The first charge is when the trial ends.
Only veterinarians count as seats
Vet techs, nurses, front desk and practice admins use the console at no charge, and every pet owner on the client app is free. You are billed for veterinarians and nothing else.
Your client billing stays yours
Invoices your practice raises to its own clients are yours. PetGrid is not the merchant and takes no cut of them.
Nothing else is metered
No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no per-message charge, and no overage billing on patients or data.
What the seat covers
There is no feature tier to choose between and nothing held back for a higher plan.

The practice fee is flat, so the cost per veterinarian falls as a practice grows: $349 for a single vet, $122.38 each at eight.
