The app for your clients

A symptom helper, off until you switch it on

The symptom helper is a "Something wrong?" button in the PetGrid client app that helps an owner decide how soon to call your clinic. It is off until your clinic switches it on, and Pip is not a vet: it never gives a diagnosis.

What owners do with it

An emergency card first

Words that sound urgent bring up a card with your clinic's phone number and your after-hours emergency clinic.

Answers from cited sources

Pip answers only from vetted sources it names, and says so when it has none.

Never a diagnosis

Pip never names a condition or a dose; for the pet's health it tells the owner to ask the vet.

Sent to your clinic

When in doubt, Pip offers to send the question to your clinic's chat.

For your clinic

An admin switches it on in Settings, and your vets, vet techs and admins can review every symptom check owners made.

See the client app in a demo

The PetGrid team will walk you through the app as your clients would see it: the pet wellness app of the clinics that care most about their clients' experience.
